terms of design

PAYMENT FOR DESIGN

Fabulous K Creative accepts payments through Paypal only. By paying the deposit and remaining balance Paypal invoice(s) that you receive from Fabulous K Creative, you agree to these terms of design.

REFUNDS

Fabulous K Creative does not issue refunds for partial or full payments of design under any circumstances.

PERMISSIONS

Fabulous K Creative is not liable for any photos or design elements provided by clients. Please be sure to have permission before submitting any elements or photography to Fabulous K Creative to use in your design.

DESIGN CREDITS

Once your design is installed, a Fabulous K Creative logo as well as proper design credit for any elements used will be added to both your sidebar and the bottom of your blog page. By paying your invoice, you agree to keep this credit in your sidebar as long as you have the design on your blog.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you cancel your order, Fabulous K Creative does not issue refunds. You will lose your deposit and/or full payment.

WAIT TIME

The wait list time is simply an estimate. Fabulous K Creative works as fast as possible to complete all designs but is not responsible for a turnaround time that is longer than the estimated time.

REVISIONS

Once your design is installed, you will be given one free revision for any errors by Fabulous K Creative. Any changes or add-ons to the design after instillation will be subject to a $25 fee as well as the cost of the item.

HEADER UPDATES

Once your new design is installed and your have approved the final look, I delete all of your files, which means we can not change pictures, wording or elements on your header. If you feel that you might like to update your pictures or wording occasionally then I can store your files for a $10 storage fee, which must be paid at the same time as your remaining balance invoice. There is also a $10 update fee to update your header when you are ready to do so, payable through Paypal. Please email me if you would like additional details.

All designs are protected under copyright and are property of Fabulous K Creative. Digi kit elements and IStock photos used in my designs have been paid for and I expect the same of my designs.
