How do I get started?
It's a really easy process! You simply choose a design package & header style and email me your information. Click here to begin the process.
What are digi kits and why do I need to pick one out?
Digi kits are what I use to make SCRAPBOOK headers. They usually contain papers, ribbons, frames, etc. that I put all together to make a custom look for you. These are made by digi kit designers and I have partnered up with several designers that have given me special permission to use their kits.
How do you install my new design?
You will give me your blogger login info and I will install everything for you. If there is anything specific you want or don't want, let me know if your first email. (Example: you want a black main background, instead of my standard white)
How long does it take?
Turnaround time is usually 9 to 10 weeks. You can check to see where you are on my list in my "WAIT LIST" section on my sidebar. Please note: I only answer emails Monday through Friday.
How and when do I pay for my design?
You will be required to make a $25 non-refundable deposit in order to be placed on the wait list. Once it is time for me to begin your design, you will be required to pay for the remaining balance of your design before I begin working on it. When the invoice is paid in full then I will begin your design within 3 business days. All invoicing & payments are completed through PayPal. {You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice.}
Can you change the pictures of my header out?
Once your design is installed I do not keep any of your files, which means I would not be able to change your pictures. However, for $10, I can store your files so that your pictures can be updated for a small fee. Please be sure to clarify when you place your order that you would like your files stored.
I don't have a blog, but want one. Can you set it up for me?
Absolutely! The charge for me to set up your blog is $25. I will need the following information from you:
- The URL (website address) you want to use (for example, mine is fabulouskcreative.blogspot.com). Make sure to check and see if it's already in use.
- The email address and password you want to use. If you already have a gmail account then I will need your gmail address and email password.
